RAPE TRIAL – CROWN COURT

D came to our firm when in custody.  We immediately made a comprehensive bail application and after some argument he was given bail back to his home town with conditions.  He was able to resume work.

After a four day trial in which CCTV evidence of before and after the incident was viewed together with evidence from a local barman as to the condition of the alleged victim the Defendant was acquitted after the Jury retired for a very short period of time.
